information from a survey. The survey results can then be used in persona generation.

Step 6 Design Studio
A fast, fun way of generating creative ideas to solve the users’ problems – used to create the first prototype.
Step 7 Prototype & Test
Prototype, test, revise – repeat until an intuitive design emerges that is just what the user needs. To maintain a rapid, agile process, I start with low-fidelity prototypes.
